The two artists Olek and Selek, aka fashionkills, were followed by many friends and fans to the so-called "forbidden city" to see the latest works of the two Cologne artists at the vernissage in Pretty Portal. But even the Düsseldorf residents were not deterred by the January weather, so once again art enthusiasts and active participants met for a beer and a chat.
In the early evening, fashionkills showed the film "Stations of the elevated".
The 1979 documentary is one of the first films to deal with the topic of graffiti in New York. The film shows footage of various New York subways in the yard and on elevated railway lines. The images are accompanied by music by Charles Mingus and Duke Ellington.
